BEEF BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry image

My family often requests this tasty beef and broccoli stir fry. It's great because it combines tender beef and nutritious vegetables in one dish. THE BEST EASY BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry image

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.

BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR-FRY FROM BIRDS EYE(R) - REVIEW BY …
This was fine. It was a very quick meal so it would be a good one for folks on the go. I used thinly sliced tri tip steaks, Yoshidas teriyaki sauce and my own steamed jasmine rice. This is more like a teriyaki with vegetables mixed in and not the traditional beef broccoli. The sweeter flavor may help you get some vegis in your kidlets too.
