CANDY CANE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Steps:

• Line two 8-in. square baking pans with parchment paper or nonstick foil, leaving an overhang on 2 sides.
• In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the butter, vanilla and salt, and stir until the butter has melted.
• Spread the chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared pans and sprinkle with the candy canes, gently pressing them into top of fudge. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours and up to 2 weeks.
• Using the overhangs, transfer the fudge to a cutting board and cut into 1-in. squares.

CANDY CANE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Put the peppermint schnapps, creme de cacao, vanilla ice cream, and one candy cane (break it into bits) in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Add milk if the mixture is too thick to blend.
• Garnish each glass with a mini candy cane, or the straight end of a full sized candy cane.

CANDY CANE DRINKS

Steps:

• Mix schnapps, creme de cacao, half-and-half, and grenadine together in a pitcher; refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
• Stir mixture before pouring into martini glasses to serve; garnish each glass with a candy cane.

CANDY CANE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy.
• In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into prepared glass; serve immediately.

Steps:

• First, prepare a chilled cocktail glass.
• by drizzling a few stripes of Grenadine down the inside of the glass, twisting the glass as you go. Then, gently use a clean napkin to absorb the excess Grenadine from the bottom of the glass.
• Shake the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps with cracked ice in your snazzy little cocktail shaker.
• Strain it through into your beautifully prepared glass.

TGI FRIDAY'S CANDY CANE BEVERAGE

Steps:

• Combine liqueurs, half and half, ice cream, and crushed ice in a blender; blend until smooth.
• Swirl grenadine syrup around the inside (moving from bottom to top) of a tall glass; quickly pour the drink into the glass (to freeze and hold the red swirl against the glass).
• Serve topped with whipped cream and the candy cane which doubles as a drink stirrer.
• A non-alcoholic version of this drink may be made using 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup milk, and 5-6 drops peppermint extract.

CANDY CANE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour the gin, lemon juice, vodka or crème de menthe and Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
• Double-strain the drink into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mini candy cane, if you like (see tip, below).

Steps:

• Place crushed candy cane bits into pint glass. Muddle the candy cane slightly, breaking up the bigger pieces. Do not over-muddle into a powder. Add vodka, brandy and half-and-half and stir. Pour into a shaker with ice. Shake lightly to chill and strain into old-fashioned glass full of ice. Add a peppermint stick and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
• Thoroughly wash mint leaves and place in a decanter or jar. Empty vodka into container and muddle slightly to release the essential oils. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 3 days - longer if you want a stronger taste.

• Add all liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Garnish with candy cane.

• Rim a cocktail glass with crushed peppermint candy, using one of the liquid ingredients to wet the rim.
• Pour the vodka, peppermint schnapps , white creme de cacao, and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Shake well .
• Strain into the prepared cocktail glass .
• Fill with half-and-half and top with a splash of soda water.
• Serve and enjoy.
