SLOW COOKER CHICKEN PARISIENNE RECIPE
Our chicken parisienne is simmered in a creamy marinade out of sour cream, cream of mushroom and dry white wine. A velvety meal indeed!

Steps:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them in a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the dry wine, soup, and mushrooms. Mix until well-combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
- Add sour cream during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Mix well.
- Once cooked, season with salt & pepper and adjust accordingly.
- Serve warm with either a side of hot pasta or sauce over hot pasta. Garnish with parsley.

My husband normally doesn't like chicken, yet asks for seconds whenever I prepare this. I spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve with rice or noodles.

- Sprinkle chicken breasts lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Place in slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wine, condensed soup, and mushrooms. In another bowl, mix together sour cream and flour. Stir sour cream mixture into the mushrooms and wine. Pour over chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired.
- Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

- In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt. In another bowl, combine egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture to coat both sides, patting to help coating adhere., Transfer chicken to a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken.
