FLAVORFUL CHICKEN PASTA
"I came up with this recipe in college, hoping for a fancy, healthy dish to feed my roommate and me without any leftovers," writes Kathy Armstrong of Post Falls, Idaho. "This pasta is excellent served with a green salad and warmed French bread."

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken in oil for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. , Stir in the tomatoes, basil and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Stir in vinegar. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. , Add olives; heat through. Stir in sour cream until blended (do not boil). Drain pasta; stir into chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Steps:
- Start preparing the bow tie pasta according to the package directions.
- In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts, and then sprinkle seasonings equally over both.
- Let chicken brown on one side, then turn over and brown on the other side.
- Take chicken out of saucepan and cut into cubes.
- Add back into pan and then add whipping cream.
- Bring to a boil, and then turn down heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add bacon and tomatoes (if using) and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add parmesan and let melt.
- Drain pasta and put into a serving bowl.
- Pour sauce over and serve immediately.
- May garnish with additional parmesan cheese.

- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In large saucepan melt butter.
- Add dressing mix, wine and soup.
- Mix in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Place chicken in baking dish and cover with sauce.
- Bake for 60 minutes.
- Ten minutes before chicken is done cook pasta.
- Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.
