Hamburger Dorito Casserole Food

HAMBURGER DORITO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Brown hamburger and drain. In a large casserole dish layer all ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or long enough to melt cheese.

DORITOS CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
• 2. Start browning your ground beef over medium heat. After 3-4 minutes of browning add your onions. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are tender. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Plate the hamburger mixture.
• 3. Melt the butter over medium low heat. Whisk in the flour and continue cooking 2-3 minutes while whisking. Add the milk and chicken broth alternating between the two. Simmer until thickened. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Continue whisking until melted and smooth. Add the cooked hamburger mixture to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
• 4. Slightly crush a couple handfuls of chips and place them in the prepared casserole dish. Spoon half of the beef mixture over the chips and add another layer of crushed chips. Spoon the rest of the beef mixture over the chips. Top with one more layer of crushed chips. Sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
• 5. Cover the casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through. Finally top with chopped cilantro, sliced tomatoes, and jalapeno rings. Serve with a heaping tablespoon sour cream.

MEXICAN DORITO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325.
• In a large skillet brown ground beef and onion; drain.
• Stir in beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, soup and water.
• Simmer over medium heat until ingredients are well blended and heated through.
• In a 9x13 casserole dish crush up enough Doritos to cover the bottom. Top with half of meat mixture and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
• Bake covered for 20-30 minutes.

DORITO® CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
• Stir cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
• Spread crushed tortilla snack chips into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over crushed chips; stir. Arrange cheese slices atop the mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes; stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.

DORITO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground meat; Drain. Add taco seasoning and cook as taco packet is directed.
• 2. In a large bowl add the cream of chicken soup, fiesta cheese, corn, beans, Rotel, about half of the grated cheese. Mix together. Open the bag of Doritos a little bit then crunch the Doritos into small pieces and pour them into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
• 3. Spray Casserole dish with Pam. Slowly put the mixture into the casserole dish. Even out. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes. Uncover for last 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.ENJOY!

DORITO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes.
• Cook onion with ground beef.
• Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole.
• Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos.
• Continue until all ingredients are used.
• Top with cheese.
• Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy.
• You can also add canned beans and cooked rice to this casserole!
• If you can't get Rotel tomatoes, use a can of crushed, peeled tomatoes and add 1 tsp of seeded and minced jalapeno to them (or mild green chiles).
