Steps:
- Stir the Pie Crust ingredients together until well moistened. Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate or springform baking pan, and press down lightly to stick the crumbs together. Slide into the refrigerator.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, limeade concentrate, tequila, and Triple Sec in a large bowl. Whip the whipping cream to soft peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture. This is easier if you first fold in only 1/3 of the whipped cream, and then fold in the rest. Pour into the chilled Pie Crust, and smooth with a knife. Cover and slide into the freezer overnight.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle lime zest over the top, and sit on the counter for 10 minutes before slicing. Completely clean the knife between each slice to get a clean cut or use dental floss to cut the pie filling and finish with a sharp knife.

KEY LIME MARGARITA PIE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- To make the pretzel crust, combine the crushed pretzels, graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Once the mixture is combined, spread the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie tin. Press the mixture in the tin onto the bottom and the sides to form a firm even crust. Bake for 5 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Let shell cool until needed.
- For the filling, use a large mixing bowl, and combine the sweetened condensed milk, limeade, tequila, orange liqueur, and food coloring if desired, until all ingredients are well mixed. In a medium size bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the lime and tequila mixture. Spoon the filling into the pie shell, cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- To serve, let pie stand for 10 minutes after coming out of freezer. Slice pie and garnish with lime slices.

This differs from Dawn's version on some of the portion sizes. More tequila is one way it differs. You also have the option as to freeze this or chill in the refrigerator.

MARGARITA CHEESECAKE PIE (EASY NO-BAKE)
Totally delicious and refreshing, this creamy margarita cheesecake pie pairs beautifully with a spicy Mexican meal of tacos, enchiladas, rice and beans. Very easy prep, with no baking required, so it's also a wonderful make-ahead dessert! Cook time is chill time. P.S. I sometimes cheat and use a prepared graham cracker crust. I hope you enjoy!

- In a food processor, pulse the pretzels and graham crackers until crushed. You will need enough to measure 1 1/4 cups of crushed pretzels and crackers. Combine the melted butter and sugar. Add the crushed pretzels and crackers, mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate. Do not press too hard or it will be difficult to eat with a fork once frozen. Bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 350F. Cool completely. If the crust slumps in the pan while baking, use a spoon to press the hot crust up the sides of the pan. Again, don't press to hard as it is best not overly compacted.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the condensed milk, lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Add the food coloring if desired (I did not use). Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until blended. Do not beat or whisk.
