PAMPERED CHEF CREAMY HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
From Pampered Chef using stainless mini whisk (which I love to use). Optional: Serve with green salad tossed with toasted sliced almonds, chopped pecans, sweetened dried cranberries, mandarin orange segments, green onions or golden raisins. Can be used as a dip.

Steps:
- In small bowl, combine mayo, honey, mustard, and salt; whisk until well blended.
- Add vinegar and whisk until well blended.
- Cover; refrigerate until ready to use.
- Store up to two weeks.
CREAMY VINAIGRETTE
Steps:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and shallots until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
- Toss the greens with enough dressing to moisten and serve immediately.
HONEY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE
Steps:
- Rub the sides of a bowl with garlic, then discard. In bowl whisk together mustard, honey and vinegar. While whisking, slowly add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

This is a great dressing to have on hand to put on anything from a simple green salad to sliced tomatoes. I like to mix up a batch on Fridays to have on hand for the weekend. I found this recipe on the Epicurious website.

Steps:
- Heat 1 T oil in a small, heavy skillet over medium heat; add garlic and saute until golden, about 1 minute.
- Transfer garlic mixture to a blender or food processor; add blue cheese, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper and remaining 6 T of olive oil.
- Blend well.
- Transfer vinaigrette to a bowl; mix in chopped basil.
- Can be prepared 2 days ahead, cover and refrigerate.
